<description>This site features some photos I’ve taken. Although I’m not an expert in any way, I’m a keen amateur who likes candid style and street photography.

My equipment includes: Nikon D300, Nikon D50, Nikkor 85mm f/1.4D AF, Nikkor 35mm f/2D AF-S and Nikkor 80-200mm 18-200mm f/3.5-f/5.6 AF-S VR.

I suppose I got into photography thanks to Jérôme Muffat-Méridol. At the time, I worked with Jérôme at a company called Bits Studios who made video games. He was the Technical Director there but after a while he started to live a strange double-life. By day he was a genius programmer and by night and the weekends, he was turning into a budding photographer.

Jérôme has since gone on to produce the excellent www.webphotomag.com (an online photography magazine about photos) and www.gpuViewer.com (a revolutionary piece of software to browse your photos). He works for Intel now, unsurprisingly.

Intrigued by his enthusiasm, it helped spark my own as I’ve always had an interest and it helped being able to ask someone questions who knew what they were talking about. Fast forward a few years and I eventually took the plunge and bought the Nikon D50 and although it’s been a steep learning curve, I’ve been bloody hooked and spent a fortune ever since!

I also run www.qprtoday.net.
